Sue Kinsey died at the age of 53 on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2010 at her residence in Lake Park.
Sue was a valuable member of the Valdosta State University Office of Financial Aid for over seven years. She cared deeply for all of the students she worked with, and received many “I Caught You Caring” certificates in honor of her passion for helping students.
“Mrs. Kinsey was an exceptional member of the Valdosta State University team,” said VSU President, Dr. Patrick J. Schloss. “She will be deeply missed by all.”
Sue Kinsey is survived by her husband of thirty seven years, Lindy Kinsey, and her son, Dakota Kinsey. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 4 at Antioch Church in Valdosta.
