VSU beat the University of West Georgia in the annual blood drive competition.The Office of Volunteer Services and Parent Programs and the American Red Cross hosted the VSU vs UWG blood drive on Tuesday in the Student Union Ballroom. Even though the goal for VSU was 250 pints, VSU beat UWG with 185 pints of blood donations. VSU will be awarded the trophy during the VSU vs UWG football game on Nov. 6.
