A former student of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa., sued the university after the student received a C+ in a graduate-level course, preventing her from continuing in the program.

Megan Thode, an aspiring counselor, filed a lawsuit for $1.3-million in damages, according to The Morning Call.
