Tragedy struck Hollywood this past week when two suicides where confirmed. “Growing Pains” star Andrew Koenig, who had previously been missing, was found hanging from a tree in Vancouver’s Stanley Park. Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Blosil, jumped from his apartment building after leaving a suicide note. Both victims suffered from depression. May they rest in peace.
In honor of her own life, Lindsay Lohan has decided to write her autobiography. She claims she’s been through a lot in her life and that writing it all down is therapeutic for her. She may be criticized for writing her own book, but kudos to her. Writing will definitely confine her to one place, so maybe it’ll keep her out of the spotlight for a while. She may finally even get the therapy she needs, especially since the thousands of dollars she’s already spent didn’t seem to work.
Robert Pattinson is in the process of being immortalized as Madame Tussauds completes two wax figures of the actor for locations in New York and in London. The estimated debut is March 25.
The debut of “Sex and the City 2” is rapidly approaching, with 85 days left to go. Coming out in May, the sequel will reunite the four fabulous friends for more adventures throughout New York City. Like the promotions say, let’s get Carried away!
With filming to begin soon, “Bad Teacher” reunites Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake in a romantic affair, but strictly on-screen. Diaz stars as a gold-digging middle grades teacher who gets dumped, then turns her affections towards a substitute teacher played by Timberlake. Sounds like it could be interesting, especially if JT has taken some acting classes.
Some stars who are signing up for dancing classes, on “Dancing with the Stars” of course, ironically include Kate Gosselin, Jake Pavelka, and Chad Ochocinco. I didn’t know reality TV and controversial sports topics made people “stars.” But hey, at least they aren’t trying to act or sing . . . yet.
Speaking of one of these “stars,” Jake Pavelka made his choice and picked Vienna. He said he was positive with his choice, despite a statement saying he was also in love with both women. It’s OK, Jake. You can always change your mind, just like Jason. But always remember, Rozlyn supports you.
Although Jason completely humiliated Melissa on national television last year, Molly deserves the best, and wow, did she get it. Marrying Jason in a $45,000 gown, not even the rain could stop the two lovers from saying “I do.” The two were married last Saturday, Feb. 27, in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Now they are relaxing on their honeymoon in the Caribbean, where it’s hopefully not raining.
Don’t forget to watch the Oscars Sunday; it’s sure to be golden!
