Prof suspended after arrest

 The VSU police department is still investigating the battery charges against a mass media professor after he allegedly assaulted a student.  Assistant professor, Dr. Frank Rybicki, is on paid suspension until the investigation is finished. Softball team rolls through opponents in six-game stretch

 The VSU softball team had a long weekend with a full slate of games and they showed up playing their best.  The Blazers beat the Argonauts by scores of 4-0 and 11-3.
